Molly Bladen MSN, FNP-C, HCS-D, HCS-O is a Nurse Practitioner with more than 33 years of nursing experience and 28 years of experience in Home Healthcare. Her career began in the field as a home health RN and expanded into agency leadership, quality assurance, regulatory audits, as well as advanced practice provider roles as a Hospitalist and Family Practice practitioner including In-home Primary care.

ASHLEY WALLER - Director of Client Success, Training and Compliance

Dedicated to forming sustainable relationships, developing education, and training, she has 15+ years of experience in the RCM industry. She strives to improve processes and procedures to increase revenue. Helping the clients succeed is her top priority.

She lives in West Virginia with her husband and two children. She loves to travel, spend time with her family, watch her children in their activities, and coaches a cheerleading team.

TINA BURSEY - Manager of Clinical Services

She began her journey on the cardiac floor of her local hospital in Mississippi, where she developed a strong foundation in patient care. Six years into her nursing career, Tina discovered her passion for Coding and OASIS Review, drawn to the challenge of analyzing clinical data and connecting complex pieces to drive meaningful outcomes. Now serving as the Manager of Clinical Operations at HealthRev Partners, Tina oversees client operations with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and ensuring predictable revenue. Her ability to blend clinical knowledge with analytical problem-solving has distinguished her as a leader in the industry. Known for her exceptional communication skills, Tina thrives on building strong relationships with clients and fostering growth within her team. She is deeply committed to supporting and developing her team members, creating an environment where they can excel. Tina’s dedication to precision, collaboration, and mentorship continues to make a significant impact on healthcare operations and client success.

Tina lives in the Sunshine state (Florida) with her son, Gavin, and her dog, Izzy. She loves coffee shops, sunsets, sushi, live music, the beach, serving at her church, and spending time with her family and friends.

Molly brings a comprehensive understanding of clinical care delivery, compliance standards, coding, and operational oversight. Her extensive experience across both frontline and executive functions provides a well-rounded perspective on quality improvement and patient outcomes. She is passionate about strengthening home health practices and supporting excellence across the continuum of care.

Molly lives in NE Florida with her husband and enjoys spending time with family (especially the grandbabies!), camping, boating and playing in the pool.
