Throughout his 20 year career in health care, most recently in home health and hospice, he’s worked firsthand with many organizations to improve operations and drive growth. Through his leadership, sound business strategies, and dedication, he’s been recognized numerous times for producing high-value results and has been sought out to mentor others.

CHASE ROBERTSON
Director of Operations

Chase has more than 10 years of experience in financial operations. He has worked firsthand as a biller, helping home health and hospice agencies optimize reimbursement and ensure compliance. He has also managed business operations, overseeing key aspects that influence service delivery and revenue. His combination of experience gives him a unique understanding of what it takes to secure a stable cash flow and drive growth.

JESSICA COOK
Director of Coding & OASIS

Jessica is a registered nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree. She has over 20 years of experience in healthcare with the last 10 focused on coding and OASIS. She currently holds the OASIS and coding credentials of COS-C and HCS-D.

J. KEVIN PORTER

Kevin builds and inspires teams that think creatively and work hard to deliver on measurable business goals, elevating value for customers and stakeholders. He’s held key roles charged with restructuring debt, securing financing, managing operating budgets, accelerating product/service development, producing significant advancements in revenue growth, and building top-notch customer support and service functions.

Kevin has spent close to 20 years in home care, most recently as CEO, leading acquisitions and strategy for high growth companies, including Deyta, HEALTHCAREfirst, and Amplicare.

With more than 20 years of health care and IT experience, Steve is a dynamic, highly motivated executive with a successful track record of leading high powered, agile technology teams. He’s dedicated to advancing quality health care by designing, deploying, and maintaining innovative solutions that continuously increase value for clients and business valuation.

With dedicated experience in home care, as the CTO, Steve led the integration and transformation of Deyta, HEALTHCAREfirst and Amplicare products and services into next-generation, scalable, secure solutions resulting in year over year growth.

AMANDA EVANS

With nearly 20 years’ experience across client service and marketing, Amanda is a proven leader with a history of producing high-value results. Leveraging a data-driven approach, best practices, and innovative methods, she has invented successful programs focused on improving client adoption and retention as well accelerating leads and revenue growth.

Most recently, Amanda led efforts at Deyta and HEALTHCAREfirst as VP of Marketing.

BOBBY ROBERTSON

Bobby Robertson is the Founder of LifeCare Collective and an owner/operator of multiple agencies. For almost 25 years, he worked with over 4,000 home health and hospice agencies to build a full suite of agency management software solutions (HEALTHCAREfirst), the nation’s most prominent patient satisfaction survey service (Deyta), one of the nation’s largest revenue cycle management services companies (HEALTHCAREfirst), and one of the nation’s largest electronic data interchange companies (MedTranDirect). Currently, he is repositioning and leading hospice and home health companies to compete more successfully in overly competitive markets.
