Through his leadership, sound business strategies, and dedication, he’s been recognized numerous times for producing high-value results and has been sought out to mentor others.

Director of Marketing and Operations

Home Health, Education, and Business Development Executive with over 18+ years’ experience. Served as VP of Strategic Growth and Director of Operations for HealthRev Partners before moving into her role as Director of Marketing and Operations. She is a lifelong learner, former public school teacher, successful children’s learning center founder, and coffee shop owner.

Tonya began her career 35+ years ago as a Pharmacy Technician for the State of Florida, where she discovered her passion for healthcare. She has held several positions for the Florida Board of Nursing before moving into the field of home health. 

Chelsea Wood

CHELSEA WOOD

Director of Revenue Cycle Management

Chelsea has been in customer service for 12 years, 5 of those in the home health billing industry. She is knowledgeable in a wide variety of home health and hospice billing EMRs and clearinghouses. She has helped many providers clean up and get paid for problematic accounts receivables, as well as consult on strategies to ensure seamless billing.

Vice President of Education and Development

Anna Powers has over 30+ years of experience working in the healthcare field, with the past 14 years being in the field of home health. Since 1992, she has worked in a variety of positions ranging from direct patient care to executive positions in the home health field.
