TONYA BLAIR, Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management

Tonya began her career 35+ years ago as a Pharmacy Technician for the State of Florida, where she discovered her passion for healthcare. She has held several positions for the Florida Board of Nursing before moving into the field of home health. Tonya has worked as a Revenue Cycle Supervisor and Director of Reimbursement. She has extensive experience in all aspects of the revenue cycle process from beginning to end.

Tonya believes that the key to success is building a great team. She enjoys learning and sharing her knowledge with others.

Tonya lives in Florida; she enjoys gardening, arcade games, watching football, and spending time with her grandchildren.
