JESSICA COOK – Vice President of Coding & OASIS Services

Jessica is a registered nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree. She has over 20 years of experience in healthcare with the last 10 focused on coding and OASIS. She currently holds the OASIS and coding credentials of COS-C and HCS-D. Jessica has worked with clients and clinicians alike providing high quality education and performing audits. Jessica has worked firsthand as a leader in home health as well as OASIS and coding management. Jessica’s combination of experience gives her the critical understanding of what it takes to build and maintain a team that delivers top-notch quality and performance.

As Director of Coding & OASIS, Jessica is responsible for managing operations to ensure quality, performance, and client satisfaction. She was raised on the value that if you have a job to do, do it right and to the best of your ability. This value has followed her throughout her career and helped her deliver outstanding results.

Jessica lives in West Virginia with her husband and two sons. When she’s not working, she enjoys camping and kayaking with her family, watching her boys play baseball and football, and relaxing with a good book.
