CHELSEA WOOD, Director of Revenue Cycle Management

Chelsea has been in customer service for 12 years, 5 of those in the home health billing industry. She is knowledgeable in a wide variety of home health and hospice billing EMRs and clearinghouses. She has helped many providers clean up and get paid for problematic accounts receivables, as well as consult on strategies to ensure seamless billing. She remains knowledgeable about Medicare and Medicaid rules and regulations and helps providers understand those rulings and how they will affect billing and reimbursement.

She lives in Missouri with her cat. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with my family, hiking, reading and gaming.
